This artwork by Jon Pylypchuk achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Cologne in June this year. In the Twenty One Contemporary auction, the work Dance on, you drunk prick - 2011 sold for EUR 1,968.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Admittedly, works by Jon Pylypchuk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (I Will Be Gentle With You/If You Are Kind I Will Love You) in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 17,390.09).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jon Pylypchuk erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Artcurial in Köln einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Twenty One Contemporary wurde die Arbeit Dance on, you drunk prick - 2011 für EUR 1.968,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jon Pylypchuk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (I Will Be Gentle With You/If You Are Kind I Will Love You) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 17.390,09).
