This artwork by John Hoskin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2012. In the Modern & Post-War British Art auction, the work without title sold for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,549.05) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. This high result makes the work without title the most expensive artwork by John Hoskin that we have observed at auctions so far.
