Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Green Hill by John Hitchens was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2004. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 657.25 (€ 993.25). Admittedly, works by John Hitchens have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work From Deep Shadows in March 2007 with an auction result of GBP 5,760.00 (€ 8,478.06).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 657,25 (€ 993,25) einen neuen Besitzer.
