In the Living with Art auction, the work Autumn Field changed hands for USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,736.73) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Francis Murphy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Autumn Afternoon in June 2000 with an auction result of USD 28,200.00 (€ 29,544.26).
