Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2018 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Aamu two mark by John Forrester. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,800.00. Other works by John Forrester have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 2,390.00 (€ 3,585.88) in May 2004 for the work Aldila Mark.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2018 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aamu two mark von John Forrester zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von John Forrester haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.390,00 (€ 3.585,88) im Mai 2004 für die Arbeit Aldila Mark beobachtet.
