Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by John Brunsdon could be acquired at Christies in London in December 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British, Continental and Russian Pictures auction, the work Unknown changed hands for GBP 132.00 (€ 195.90) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Other works by John Brunsdon have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2006 by the work Unknown at GBP 216.00 (€ 320.57).
