This work of art by Tony Tuckson could be acquired at Christies in Melbourne in May 2002 for an unexpectedly low price. In the AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL PAINTINGS auction, the work Girl Seated changed hands for AUD 2,350.00 (€ 1,424.24) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of AUD 2,500.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tony Tuckson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Red, Black And White) in March 2006 with an auction result of AUD 89,625.00 (€ 52,900.83).

Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Red, Black And White) im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 89.625,00 (€ 52.900,83).
