The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,394.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Alexander achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Good Fences Make Good Neighbors in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 52,947.41).
