In December 2007 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Twentieth Century Art, which included the work Landscape In Groningen by Johan Dijkstra. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 45,850.00 53% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Johan Dijkstra; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Farms In A Groningen Landscape (Recto); A Portrait Of A Young Lady (Verso) sold at auction in June 2014 with the realized price of EUR 79,500.00.

Im Dezember 2007 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Twentieth Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape In Groningen von Johan Dijkstra zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 45.850,00 und damit 53% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Johan Dijkstra; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Farms In A Groningen Landscape (Recto); A Portrait Of A Young Lady (Verso) im Juni 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 79.500,00.
