Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Maillons - 1969 by Joël Stein was auctioned at Artcurial in October 2015. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,080.00. Admittedly, works by Joël Stein have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cercle Chromatique 66 in April 2011 with an auction result of EUR 12,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Maillons - 1969 von Joël Stein kam im Oktober 2015 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.080,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joël Stein auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cercle Chromatique 66 im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.500,00.
