Auction result well in line with expectations
In November last year Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction The Collection of G. Andrew Bjurman, which included the work Voices in the Wind 31 in. high by Joe Neil Beeler. The price achieved of USD 8,287.50 (€ 8,028.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joe Neil Beeler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Thanks for the Rain in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 57,500.00 (€ 50,531.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion The Collection of G. Andrew Bjurman durch, in der auch die Arbeit Voices in the Wind 31 in. high von Joe Neil Beeler zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 8.287,50 (€ 8.028,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joe Neil Beeler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Thanks for the Rain im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 57.500,00 (€ 50.531,68).
