Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Joe Neil Beeler could be acquired at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the California and Western Art auction, the work Ambush at the Spring changed hands for USD 11,950.00 (€ 10,011.73) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 16,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joe Neil Beeler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Thanks for the Rain in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 57,500.00 (€ 50,531.68).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Joe Neil Beeler konnte im August 2020 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion California and Western Art wechselte die Arbeit Ambush at the Spring für USD 11.950,00 (€ 10.011,73) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 12.000,00 – 16.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joe Neil Beeler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Thanks for the Rain im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 57.500,00 (€ 50.531,68).
