Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Pair of Bison Bookends by Joe Neil Beeler was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in February 2021. The price achieved of USD 1,785.00 (€ 1,476.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joe Neil Beeler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Thanks for the Rain in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 57,500.00 (€ 50,531.68).
