In February 2015 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Libido Uprising Part I by Jo Spence. The result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,894.26) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Jo Spence have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2013 the work Narratives Of Dis-Ease: Included was auctioned for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,587.97).
