Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2006 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Shea Stadium, Tiger Stadium and Wrigley Field, 1985 by Jim Dow. The price achieved of USD 1,800.00 (€ 1,418.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Jim Dow have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2010 the work Hagan's Dairy Bar, Bardstown, Kentucky was auctioned for USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,349.27).

Im September 2006 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Shea Stadium, Tiger Stadium and Wrigley Field, 1985 von Jim Dow zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.800,00 (€ 1.418,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden.
