Die Arbeit Composition - Circa 1960 von Jilali Gharbaoui kam im Dezember 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 17.550,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jilali Gharbaoui auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 88.200,00 (€ 102.204,62).
