Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Auspicious Crane by Jiang Tingxi was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 236,000.00 (€ 24,296.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 250,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Tingxi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chinese Cabbage in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 23,640,000.00 (€ 2,235,747.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Auspicious Crane von Jiang Tingxi wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 236.000,00 (€ 24.296,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Tingxi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chinese Cabbage im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 23.640.000,00 (€ 2.235.747,80).
