A top price for Jiang Shijie
This artwork by Jiang Shijie achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in March 2016. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy auction, the work Landscape sold for USD 118,750.00 (€ 104,258.12) - well above the upper estimate of USD 50,000.00. This high result makes Landscape the most expensive artwork by Jiang Shijie that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jiang Shijie erzielte im März 2016 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
