Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Jesús Guerrero Galván was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2015. It achieved a price of USD 52,500.00 (€ 49,706.49), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jesús Guerrero Galván - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Concepción, which sold at auction in November 2007 for USD 181,000.00 (€ 123,229.85).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 52.500,00 (€ 49.706,49) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Für andere Arbeiten von Jesús Guerrero Galván mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Concepción beobachtet, die im November 2007 für USD 181.000,00 (€ 123.229,85) versteigert wurde.
