Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled; and a companion drawing by Jesús Guerrero Galván for USD 1,250.00 (€ 976.26). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jesús Guerrero Galván achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Concepción in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 181,000.00 (€ 123,229.85).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled; and a companion drawing von Jesús Guerrero Galván für USD 1.250,00 (€ 976,26) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jesús Guerrero Galván erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Concepción im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 181.000,00 (€ 123.229,85).
