Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Jessica Rankin could be acquired at Christies in New York in January 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 375.00 (€ 252.68) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jessica Rankin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Two Sides of Alive in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,195.70).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jessica Rankin konnte im Januar 2008 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Two Sides of Alive im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.195,70).
