It achieved a price of USD 90,000.00 (€ 84,127.87), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 29%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jehangir Sabavala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Embarkation in September 2021 with an auction result of USD 1,590,000.00 (€ 1,373,412.80).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 90.000,00 (€ 84.127,87) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 29%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jehangir Sabavala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Embarkation im September 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.590.000,00 (€ 1.373.412,80).
