In June 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work Une Figure Orientale Assise, En Profil À Gauche, Tenant Une Ombrelle by Jean Raymond Hippolyte Lazerges for EUR 360.00. This price was achieved in the auction INTERIEURS at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house.
