Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Poupee by Jean Jansem was auctioned at Artcurial in April 2016. The price achieved of EUR 4,550.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Jansem achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le petit plateau in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 44,650.00 (€ 52,808.99).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Poupee von Jean Jansem kam im April 2016 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.550,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Jansem erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le petit plateau im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 44.650,00 (€ 52.808,99).
