This work of art by Jean-Baptiste Monnoyer could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in June 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Old Master Paintings auction, the work Bouquets Of Flowers In Glass Vases On Marble Ledges changed hands for USD 46,875.00 (€ 36,029.98) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Baptiste Monnoyer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Bouquet Of Flowers In A Gilded Bronze Urn On A Porphyry Base In An Architectural Setting in July 2017 with an auction result of GBP 476,750.00 (€ 531,979.79).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean-Baptiste Monnoyer konnte im Juni 2013 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
