In the Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Untitled (Springs) sold for USD 19,125.00 (€ 18,039.05) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jean-Baptiste Bernadet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Fugue - Screen I) in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 86,500.00 (€ 121,963.91).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen

In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Springs) für USD 19.125,00 (€ 18.039,05) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jean-Baptiste Bernadet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Fugue - Screen I) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 86.500,00 (€ 121.963,91).
