Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait De Liuba by Janice Biala was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art 2 auction at Artcurial in December 2014. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 600.00 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Janice Biala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Deux tulipes in July this year with an auction result of USD 16,510.00 (€ 14,981.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait De Liuba von Janice Biala wurde im Dezember 2014 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art 2 bei Artcurial versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 600,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Janice Biala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Deux tulipes im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.510,00 (€ 14.981,85).
