Admittedly, works by Janice Biala have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Deux tulipes in July this year with an auction result of USD 16,510.00 (€ 14,981.85).

Die Arbeit Ensemble De 2 Huiles von Janice Biala kam im Dezember 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.560,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Janice Biala auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Deux tulipes im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.510,00 (€ 14.981,85).
