Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A still life with Indian cress by Jan Zoetelief Tromp was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2011. The price achieved of EUR 10,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Zoetelief Tromp achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Sunday walk in April 2001 with an auction result of NLG 345,000.00 (€ 158,348.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A still life with Indian cress von Jan Zoetelief Tromp kam im November 2011 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Zoetelief Tromp erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Sunday walk im April 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 345.000,00 (€ 158.348,55).
