Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Discoveries, which included this untitled work by Jan Ziemski. The price achieved of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 7,411.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Jan Ziemski have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2021 the work Permutacja was auctioned for GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,271.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Discoveries durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jan Ziemski zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.300,00 (€ 7.411,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jan Ziemski konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2021 die Arbeit Permutacja für GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.271,87) versteigert.
