Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Interferences by Jan Ziemski was sold in the Contemporary Discoveries auction at Sothebys in London in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 7,411.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Jan Ziemski have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2021 the work Permutacja was auctioned for GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,271.87).
