Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan van Os achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pink and yellow roses, peonies, an iris, tulips, primulas, hyacinths, a poppy, a coxcomb, fritillaries and other flowers in a sculpted urn with a bird's nest on a marble ledge in July 2002 with an auction result of GBP 369,650.00 (€ 589,606.09).
