Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,750.00. Die Arbeit Travellers on a riverside path von Jan van Kessel wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part IV bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer.
