Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2007 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours, which included the work A Cavalry Battle Scene, With A Fallen Horse And Soldier In The Foreground by Jan van Huchtenburg. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,560.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan van Huchtenburg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work John Churchill, 1St Duke Of Marlborough (1650–1722) And Prince Eugene Of Savoy (1663–1736), On Horseback At The Battle Of Blenheim (Hochstedt) in April 2021 with an auction result of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 40,582.26).
Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit John Churchill, 1St Duke Of Marlborough (1650–1722) And Prince Eugene Of Savoy (1663–1736), On Horseback At The Battle Of Blenheim (Hochstedt) im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 40.582,26).
