Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape With Two Horsemen Duelling, Figures And A Town Beyond by Jan van Huchtenburg was sold in the Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in July 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,883.22) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Jan van Huchtenburg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work John Churchill, 1St Duke Of Marlborough (1650–1722) And Prince Eugene Of Savoy (1663–1736), On Horseback At The Battle Of Blenheim (Hochstedt) in April 2021 with an auction result of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 40,582.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape With Two Horsemen Duelling, Figures And A Town Beyond von Jan van Huchtenburg wurde im Juli 2014 in der Auktion Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert.
