A top price for Jan Lauschmann - as previously expected

It changed hands for a price of USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,902.30) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Evening on Our Staircase, 1927 is the most expensive artwork by Jan Lauschmann that we have observed at auctions so far.
