In the THE ROYAL & SUNALLIANCE COLLECTION auction, the work Canal scene sold for GBP 660.00 (€ 974.37) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 300.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jan Knikker Sen. - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A panoramic landscape with cows along a river, which sold at auction in February 2004 for EUR 2,629.00.

In der Auktion THE ROYAL & SUNALLIANCE COLLECTION wurde die Arbeit Canal scene für GBP 660,00 (€ 974,37) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 300,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jan Knikker Sen. mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A panoramic landscape with cows along a river beobachtet, die im Februar 2004 für EUR 2.629,00 versteigert wurde.
