The result of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 6,552.23) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Griffier the Elder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A winter landscape with figures ice skating, a village and castle beyond in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 252,000.00 (€ 295,522.25).
