Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pears, walnuts and a pewter jug by Jan Eversen was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2015. The price achieved of EUR 5,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jan Eversen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Still Life With Oysters in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 24,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pears, walnuts and a pewter jug von Jan Eversen kam im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Eversen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Still Life With Oysters im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 24.250,00.
