Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cows in the evening sun by Jan Altink was sold in the 20th Century Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2006. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 13,200.00. Admittedly, works by Jan Altink have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hooiers in December 2006 with an auction result of EUR 96,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cows in the evening sun von Jan Altink wurde im Dezember 2006 in der Auktion 20th Century Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 13.200,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Altink auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Hooiers im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 96.000,00.
