Auction result well in line with expectations
The work God Save The Queen, 1997 by Jamie Reid was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 701.25 (€ 823.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jamie Reid achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Learn from the past, Live in the present, Look to the future (Blue), 2011 in October last year with an auction result of GBP 10,200.00 (€ 11,882.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit God Save The Queen, 1997 von Jamie Reid kam im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 701,25 (€ 823,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jamie Reid erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Learn from the past, Live in the present, Look to the future (Blue), 2011 im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.200,00 (€ 11.882,89).
