A top price for James Paterson - as previously expected
The work The Green Jug by James Paterson was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2002. The price achieved of GBP 35,850.00 (€ 56,708.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Green Jug is the most expensive artwork by James Paterson that we have observed at auctions so far.
