Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,158.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by James Fitton - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work London Market, which sold at auction in March 2021 for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,481.64).
