Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work L'Hiver by Jacques Chapiro was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art including École de Paris 1905-1939 auction at Artcurial in April 2016. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,210.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacques Chapiro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of a young girl in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 24,000.00 (€ 28,193.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit L'Hiver von Jacques Chapiro wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art including École de Paris 1905-1939 bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.210,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques Chapiro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of a young girl im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 24.000,00 (€ 28.193,82).
