It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,949.76), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Admittedly, works by Jacob Salomonsz. van Ruysdael have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Landscape With Cavaliers In The Foreground, A Church Beyond in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 66,500.00 (€ 90,362.22).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 11.949,76) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jacob Salomonsz. van Ruysdael auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Landscape With Cavaliers In The Foreground, A Church Beyond im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 66.500,00 (€ 90.362,22).
