However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacob Salomonsz. van Ruysdael - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Landscape With Cavaliers In The Foreground, A Church Beyond, which sold at auction in December 2007 for GBP 66,500.00 (€ 90,362.22).
