In May 2000 Christies in London held the auction Maritime, which included the work A group of Danish cutters including the Camilla racing to windward by Jacob Petersen of Copenhagen. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 6,462.50 (€ 10,369.93) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
