In the The Duarte Pinto Coelho Collection From the distinguished decorator's houses in Madrid and Trujillo, Spain auction, the work Portrait of Diane Gabrielle de Thianges Mancini (?-1715), bust-length, in an ochre silk dress with flowers in her hair sold for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,952.99) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jacob Ferdinand Voet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of Philippe, Duc de Vendôme (1655-1727), Grand Prior of the Knights of Malta in France, bust-length, in a feigned oval in December 2010 with an auction result of GBP 99,650.00 (€ 115,593.70).
