Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Vierkant formula by Jaap Egmond was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,560.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jaap Egmond achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Toetsenspel 1 op 1 (Game of Keys 1 on 1) in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 17,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vierkant formula von Jaap Egmond kam im September 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jaap Egmond erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Toetsenspel 1 op 1 (Game of Keys 1 on 1) im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 17.500,00.
