This price was achieved in the auction American Art, Including the Collection of George S. Parker II from the Caxambas Foundation at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ivan Gregorovitch Olinsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of A Young Woman, which sold at auction in March 2007 for USD 22,800.00 (€ 17,048.00).
